libuv
-----
https://github.com/libuv/libuv
Location: vendor/libuv (git submodule, pinned)
Used: linked by the C shim. The build uses a system libuv when pkg-config
finds one at version 1.48.0 or later; otherwise it builds this copy as a
shared library and links the shim against it. A distribution that ships
that library ships libuv, and must carry its notices.

  - inet_pton and inet_ntop (src/inet.c): copyright Internet Systems
    Consortium, Inc., ISC License.

Some libuv files carry the ISC License in their own headers instead of
MIT, among them src/queue.h and src/heap-inl.h (Copyright (c) 2013 Ben
Noordhuis) and src/idna.c (Copyright libuv contributors). Each file's
  header is its notice.

chez-srfi
---------
https://github.com/arcfide/chez-srfi
Location: vendor/chez-srfi (git submodule, pinned; also named in Akku.lock)
Used: by the test suites only, for SRFI 64 and the SRFIs it imports. The
library itself, (libuv), imports nothing from it, and Akku.manifest lists
it as a development dependency, which a project that depends on
chez-libuv does not install.
